The Lancaster County District Attorney’s
Office has received a letter requesting an investigation into whether the Lancaster County Government Study Commission
has violated the state’s open meetings law, the Sunshine Act.
Ephrata resident Rose E. King sent District Attorney
Craig Stedman a letter requesting an investigation.
“I confirm I received the letter,” Stedman wrote in an e-mail this morning. “I will review it and handle it appropriately.”
